  Very friendly. Seem efficient. Appointments run roughly to time. I've not had anything major done but wouldn't be worried if I needed to with them. Would recommend.

  Had 2 fillings done 4 months ago. started getting really painful tooth ache a few days ago, so had an emergency appointment at a dentist in Brighton. one of the fillings had cracked and had started causing decay on the tooth next door and the other filling had been done without clearing all the decay so had rotted more causing the only other option to be a root canal. honestly shocking! please dont go here!

  Absolutely appalling recpeptionist. Rudest 'woman' I've ever had to speak to on the phone. Had a hygienist appointment booked for the 22nd of august which I had to leave a deposit down for. Got a phone call about 1 week before the appointment asking if I could change it. I agreed the 30th at 3pm. Today is the 30th so I rang to double check time as couldn't find my diary, was told I WAS NOT told that and it was yesterday as the hygienist is only in the practice on Tuesdays so I've lost my deposit. I told this 'woman' that I was definitely told the 30th I just wasn't sure what time and she starts muttering under her breath 'well you werent' in the most sarcastic and cocky rude manner ever. It was there mistake and so IVE lost out on money, the least they could have done is shown some respect I'm absolutely disgusted.
