- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪No open surgery hours, no consistent doctors, rude receptionists. My mother is recovering cancer and had to argue for her morphine after a serious operation. Then wouldnt look at her or be nice over the desk, mess up her prescriptions etc, yet because I'm pregnant they speak nicely and soften up. Struggle with appointments as they've taken on new patients from the other practice down the road closing. And now closing cliff houses twin on Gresham street. Completely shambolic like the NHS in general. I've also never had to pay when requesting a letter as evidence from a doctor for me to provide somewhere, till here. £10 for a piece of paper to clarify medication and why... rip off. Would've left the practice if it wasn't for my brilliant midwife, and If I could find anywhere as convenient. Highly recommend they get new staff on reception as never felt so much horrendous tension when stood with my mum. For a doctors surgery, it's very unwelcoming.by Emily WivellMarch 06, 2017
