  Taken my cat here a few times now, always greeted with a friendly smile. She has her own clean comfortable pen with various heights that cats enjoy. Space to take your own bed/bedding and their own toys. From this place my cat has always been quite happy when we pick her up (unlike another place she had been to be for here) we are given a review of their stay, and like other places can phone at any reasonable time to check on them. I would highly recommend this place to others.

  We took Blue, our very solitary cat there, I wasn't pleased that she had been left to hide in her travel box for two days, if I'd known I'd have taken the top off the box when we arrived, but that's cats for you. She seems to have had a good time when we got there though she did go straight into her box without a fuss, which is unheard of, and we had to make it up to her, as I don't think there was enough human contact to keep her happy. She does seem to want to socialise with other cats now, so it was probably a good move for her.
